class will ease discomfort and tightness.

A relaxing class, empahsizing the pause in
between asana to cultivate calm open awareness.

Basics and Early Bird Basics (Level 1/2)
A slower class for new students or those seeking
a gentler practice. Emphasis on easing tension,
increasing flexibility and clarity with breath
and movement.
Soft
Vinyasa (Level 2)
A moderately paced practice that introduces
the student to linking postures together with
breath. Intermediate postures are introduced.
Builds strength, flexibility and concentration.
Lunar
Vinyasa (Level 2)
Soothing groovy sequences to relax and restore and ease you into the night.
Sweet
Vinyasa (Level 2/3)
With an emphasis
on diving in deep, this practice requires
the willingness to surrender to what is. Level
of difficulty varies.
Strong Vinyasa (Level 3)
A challenging
practice promoting strength and suppleness.
Restorative
Yoga (All Levels)
This calming, therapeutic class uses props
to support the body, promoting the effects
of conscious relaxation.
Yin
Yoga (All Levels)
A slow, passive, deep stretch class offering space for insight into the landscape of the body and mind.
Green Yin
(All Levels)
A slow, passive, deep stretch class. All proceeds go to mother earth. $10 flat fee. No class cards.
