Three PCs down in one week opened the gateway to "go Mac." The shiney new computers arrived yesterday. Like a true blood American, I am hoping that the new products will solve all my problems.

Restorative Bliss with Alana

Restorative Yoga is designed to soothe the nervous system, promoting the effects of conscious relaxation and rejuvenation. We will explore linking gentle postures with the breath, while using props to support the body (blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps) to help create space and release tension. All layers of experience welcome! Time: 2 to 5pm. Cost: $35.
